Best vegan Broccoli Salat

I love broccoli since ever.
So why not create a delicious broccoli salad that is tasty, healthy, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and oil-free?
And since I don’t like long introductions for a recipe, let’s jump right in:
Ingredients for the salat:
250g Broccoli (one "head")
1 Apple
1 bell Pepper (I used tomatoes because I can't tolerate bell peppers)
30g Pine nuts

Ingredients for the sauce:
1 Tabelspoon Apple cider vinegar
1,5 Teaspoon Mustard
1,5 Teaspoon Water (Or Oilve Oil)
1 Teaspoon Agave syrup ( or something else to make it a bit sweet)
1 pinch of Salt
Recipe:
First, I always make the dressing.
For that, you just need to put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
If you want an oil-free dressing, just mix it with water.
If not, it works great with olive oil.
Next, chop the broccoli into very small pieces, just like the apple and the bell pepper (or tomatoes).
Then, mix everything with the dressing. Lastly, you can toast the pine nuts in a pan.
It works great without oil too.
It's very important to keep stirring the pine nuts.
Then, add them to the salad.
That’s it!
Delicious, healthy, and perfect for Lunch or Dinner as a side dish.
